KeyBanc just upgraded Airbnb and said it's safe from AI disruption because of exclusive listings and direct traffic. But I'm not sure that holds up. If AI agents get good enough, why would anyone open the app? The whole moat argument assumes people will keep coming directly. The stock is up on the upgrade but the logic feels thin.
