Cigna's been stuck in neutral lately. Nothing exciting. The business looks solid enough. But what's actually on my mind is the CEO change this summer. Some analysts like it, some think the timing is weird. Earnings are right around the corner, and if the new guy sounds confident, maybe this thing finally moves. If not, probably just more of the same waiting around.
