Thread regarding AMD (AMD)

Surging memory prices are a real double-edged sword

They let AMD raise GPU prices, but systems are getting expensive fast. People are grumbling, and I can see some skipping subscriptions or avoiding upgrades entirely. Add in the broader frustration with constant tech trends and AI hype, and it feels like demand might crack sooner rather than later. Seeing the mix of revenue boost from pricing and potential pushback from users leaves me uneasy. Will it hold up long-term? I don’t think so.
