The stock keeps sliding, stores are closing, and labor issues feel like they’re turning into a permanent feature, not a temporary hiccup. Management keeps talking about “turnarounds” and “back to basics,” but from the outside it mostly looks like cutting costs, shutting locations, and hoping customers won’t notice the cracks. Strikes spreading to more cities don’t help, and neither does the sense that the brand magic is fading while competition gets fiercer. I’m sure there’s a long-term plan somewhere, but right now it feels like we’re paying for it through uncertainty, weaker momentum, and a lot of crossed fingers.
