Thread regarding Macy's (M)

I don’t view M as a bad stock despite its low value right now. I consider it undervalued an think that it will rise at some point.
The path to that growth, however, maybe, bumpy to say the least. If we view the M stock chart we can see that a lot of fluctuations were present over the years. So, i aks the current holders of M: Was all the stress worth holding on to over the last couple of years? Honest answers please.
