I think C.H. Robinson buying RXO for roughly $5.8 billion is a great move, as it will make the combined company a much bigger player in freight and logistics. As an added bonus to getting bigger, the AI and cost-saving side of the deal can also make the combined business meaningfully more efficient. It's a win-win.
