Qualcomm won the lawsuit, but Arm is appealing. At one point, Arm tried to cancel Qualcomm's architecture license entirely, the one they need to make Snapdragon chips. If Arm had succeeded, Qualcomm couldn't produce their main products anymore. The judge said no, but what if Arm wins on appeal? There's another trial coming in March. This has been going on since 2022, and it's not over. I don't like holding a stock where the entire business model could be at risk from a licensing dispute.
