I have been keeping an eye on Park Hotels & Resorts because travel has its ups and downs (well,let’s be realistic, right now, it’s mostly downs) but real estate plays tied to hospitality usually move on a rhythm of their own. Park Hotels & Resorts is one of those names that could turn into a decent winner during the quieter stretches.

I avoid PK. I don't see it as a winner any time soon.
