So Kraft Heinz is planning to split into two companies, one for sauces/condiments and one for the grocery staples side. Some people think this could finally unlock value and let each business focus on what it’s good at.
Others say it won’t fix the real issues like weak demand, brand fatigue, and basically zero growth.
