People keep asking if Salesforce’s AI stuff is really gonna bring in cash or if the hype is already priced in. Honestly, I’m still holding my shares because:
They already have a massive customer base to upsell AI to.
The recent data/automation acquisitions actually fill real gaps.
AI revenue takes time — I think the payoff shows up in a year or two.
Margins are improving, which makes the long-term story stronger.
Not expecting a moonshot any time soon, but I still like the long game here. Anyone else sticking with CRM?
