CommScope has been weighed down by debt for years, but with the big sale of their CCS unit to Amphenol they’ve got some cash coming in. The question is, does this really fix their balance sheet or just buy them time? Are they generating enough cash flow to cover growth and operations, or is liquidity still tight? I’m wondering if this deal makes them financially stable going forward, or if the leverage issue is still hanging over the stock. What do you think?
