I've been holding Moderna shares through this brutal year - down 35.7% and trading at half last October's high of $57. We're hovering around $26, dangerously close to the $23 low.
Then I saw analysts recommending buy, and last week's cancer therapy news caught my attention. That 67% response rate in melanoma patients is impressive, and the stock actually jumped on the announcement.
But I'm torn. Do I trust the analysts and average down, or am I just throwing good money after bad? The market cap nudged up 1% last week, but we've fallen so far. It's hard to know if this is finally the bottom or just another false hope.
