Thread regarding General Electric (GE) (GE)

I bought shares last year and from that time up until now it paid off. I initially bought stock to hold it for a longer period of time but the profitable position came on its own, so to say. From this perspective it looks to me like the stock can go higher, even at this price.
Does anyone holding the stock feel the same way as I do, or is the general advice to sell and to look for other investing opportunities?
