I'm a layperson and generally rely on the insights of people more informed than I am. That said, I understand the basics. AMD has been performing well for some time now, with EPS and sales rising consistently over the past four quarters. Plus, the entire chip sector has been rallying. Given AMD’s focus and strong overall performance, I don’t see how it could falter in the near future. So why the “moderate buy” rating? Is there some less obvious weakness in the background that I’m missing?
