Nike has been struggling for a while. Demand for sportswear has been declining overall, especially for Nike products. The company is also heavily exposed to tariffs. A stock trading 45% below its fair value estimate can't be the sole reason to recommend buying. There's a reason the stock is down, and it may very well stay there. I don’t see a clear or confident turnaround plan that would justify buying just because it looks cheap right now.
