It is up nearly 30 percent today. Maybe this is finally the time for it to start going in the right direction. I am not willing to test that out just yet, but I do plan to keep a close eye on it over the next few days and weeks. This is exactly the kind of cheap stock that could skyrocket under the right conditions.
